After this weekend and feeling like I was as fried as I could possibly be, I decided what better time to take a couple days of rest than now.

Monday was a complete recovery day where I didn’t do any for of activity. Today was more of the same with the exception of this evening when I went for a short run with my wife. Luckily her pace corresponds with a very nice recovery pace for me.

I plan on hitting up the pool in the morning in hopes to get closer to swimming shape before June 4th.

On a side note, this post was written on an iPad app that let’s me post straight from my iPad. (actually this boring post was really just a test, here goes nothing)
