Last night capped off the third night in a row where I had a 50+ mile ride. After the first night I was very concerned about my fitness level. By the end of last night I have decided I’m right where I need to be. I’m trying to not peak to early in the season and burn out. At the moment I’m thinking the extra riding this week helped….. we’ll see I guess.

As for Running, that’s a whole ‘nother issue all together. I haven’t been running at all and I should be. Monday starts The Machine, which is a R-B-R-B-R duathlon that we do every year. It always proves to whip me into shape. Here’s hoping it will continue to do that this year.

The weight isn’t disappearing either…… hmmm do I actually have to stop eating?
