I’ve been stuck on the bench for a few days thanks to friday nights run with the family.  I was running along no issues when I got a tightness in my calf/upper achieles region.  I immediately stopped and tried to stretch/relax it away.  I had to hobble home being ever so cautious not to make the tightness an injury.

I thought I was feeling better yesterday and tried to run.  Well lets just say I walked home from a mile and a half out.

Fast forward to today (5days till Cedar Point) and I’m still pretty sore.  I think the Ib-proof-in’ is helping but rest for me for yet another day.

Now I’m all concerned about CP but I guess a ‘forced’ recovery sometimes is the bodies way of telling you it’s go time?  We shall wait and see.
