The leg is still messed up so pool time and trainer it is for a while.

 

First day at 3,000 in the pool and it felt better the longer I was in it.  That’s a good sign.

 Today’s swim was:

500 wu 8:00  (200fr,100bk,100br,100fr)

20×100 1:45  odd’s IM even’s free (IM’s were on 1:21’s,free’s were 1:17’s)

5×100 1:30 free with paddles and buoy 1:14’s

 My lats are going to be rather sore tomorrow I can feel that coming already!

 Trainer tonight I think…… we’ll see.
